Having a car is ideal as the resort is a short drive from the city center. Overall, it is a great place for a family stay or a romantic getaway.

    Simply breath taking thai forest esque setting, with beautiful rooms. Great coffee shops and Thai Korean restaurants around
    Quite far from center but taxis are easy to aquire with grab or hotel staff will arrange

    Looks nice but not what we expected
    The location looks great on the outside and also the property around.
    The rooms were not totally clean. The door got stuck to the swimming pool. The shower drain didnt work. Overall it looked a bit old. It needs more maintenance. We paid for an upgrade to access the swimming pool. But you cant acces the pool all the time and the water was freezing this time of the year. The mini bar refrigerator did not work. They charged us for water! That to me was ridiculous. Overall not worth such an expensive place.

    Beautiful resort!!!
    The design and feel of the property was amazing. Loved how everything flowed as you walk through the property. Little details to check out and enjoy. The spa was excellent as well. We also enjoyed the food there.
    The room itself had a slight musty smell but I would still stay again.

    Good relaxing stay, don't go for pool
    The staff were lovely, spa was super relaxing, room was nice, the front desk staff was very friendly and helped us call taxis/gave advice for areas.
    Pool hours were surprisingly short, no morning or evening swims. And the poor bar was never open as far as I could tell. Shuttle bus was very limited to only a few times a day, and the one time we wanted to use it, it was unavailable.

    comfortable room and changed towels every day, needed with how humid it was. Walking distance to 7/11 and Korean bbq, shabu shabu, and a Korean bakery if you don't want to ride into town any evening. There's also a cultural dinner that happens at the hotel every night
    The location was a little out of the way if you want to spend most of your time near old town, but about a 20-minute grab ride away to most places.

    Beautiful location and very friendly staff. Rooms are very comfortable and clean, and the pool with bar is excellent. Breakfast was really yummy too... We plan to come back!

    A haven for jet laggers
    The spa services were out of this world. The pool, restaurant and grounds were beautiful. Loved my room as well. Outstanding and friendly staff. The hotel had transportation service readily available to drive me wherever I wanted to go.
    The bed was too firm and the water from the bathtub was yellow so i avoided it. Otherwise, the room was clean.
