    THE PERSONAL TRYE TO DOE THEIR BEST AFTER ALL THE SUPPERVISION ARE COMPLETLY INNEXPERIENCE DUE TO THE FACT THAT WHEN I ARRIVE THE STAFF ON RECEPTION ARE NOT TRAINED PROPERLY OTHER PEOPLE WHERE HAVE RECEPTION PROBLEME MY PROBLEM IT TAKE ONE HOUR TO REGISTERED UNABLE TO USE MY BANGKOK LOCAL CARD 3 CELL PHONE ONE LAND LINE AND ONE COMPUTER TRY A DOUZEN MY CARD THEN MY CARD WAS BLOCKED I USE THE CARD 10 MINUTES BEFORE RUN OK THEN I HAVE TO USE A INERNATIONAL CARD PAYING THE EXCHANGE OF CURRENCY AFTER REGISTRATION MUST GO TO THE BANK IMMEDIATLY 22 OF DECEMBER AT THE BANK DID NOT UNDERSTAND WHY THE HOTEL FOOL AROUND WITH MY CARD THAT HOTEL NEED A PROPER MANAGEMENT EVRYTIME SOMETHING GOING WRONG BOOKING HAVE TO MAKE SURE THAT THEY RECEIVE THIS MESSAGE LOUD AND CLEAR AND RIGHT NOW I HAVE A LOT OF TRAVEL COMING UP OUTSIDE THE COUNTRY AND IF BOOKING IS NOT ABLE TO FOLLOW THOSE HOTEL AND JUST COLLECTING DUES I WILL MAKE OTHER ARRANGEMENT

    It is a friendly budget hotel
    The location was good just opposite the village market which is a great place to shop. Our room was large but it was at the front of the hotel and it was very noisy. We had no view except for the roof of the hotel. The cleaning staff were very good. No doubt there are more expensive rooms. The rate we paid was god value given the size of the room.
    The front reception area is looking tired. The people in the breakfast area were friendly and helpful but the choices for breakfast were very limited.

    Close Market Village. 2 pools and 200 m to beach. Nice balcony to inner pool. Had problem with AC but got help.
