Attentive staff, professional and accommodating for having a pet present. A very clean environment and a very well kept establishment. A nice friendly atmosphere and the food in all restaurants was of a high standard.

Excellent stay.apart from the breakfasts We will stay again but not take breakfast in the hotel.
The hotel is very clean, although the bathroom was quite small it wasnt a problem. The location was a 30 minute walk from Kings Cross station and about the same time to Covent Garden. We had Christmas day lunch in the restaurant which was excellent.
The breakfasts which were expensive were badly laid out due to room, and to be charged 8 to order either a boiled or poached egg from the kitchen was rather cheeky. Why not put some fried or poached eggs out in trays to allow the customers to pick them up. Also, the hot units with the sausages and beans etc need to open sideways, as it is easy for smaller people to burn themselves when operating the lids. (We saw this happen to lady who was struggling to close a lid.)

A beautiful hotel in a great part of London. My room was very comfortable and quiet.
The room was very comfortable and the bed was quite good. My room was very quiet which I loved. The interior of the hote is very beautiful. The concierge service was excellent. The decorations were lovely. The doormen were very good and friendly. Really an exceptional hotel in a great location.
