Just about everything. The room was very clean, neat, and very well thought out.
The operation of the room was difficult at first. Had to call the desk to figure out how to get everything to work. It all worked out well in the end. Overall, we were very happy with the hotel and staff.

Perfect hotel for a stay in Dallas.
Connor at the front desk was very kind and checked me in WAY earlier than expected. He politely gave me a quick run down of the hotel and amenities and checked on me once I got into the room. Great customer service.
Beautiful rooms, nice hotel gym, good restaurant and bar on the first floor. This is a great hotel all around.

Great hotel would highly recommend!
Everything about this hotel is fantastic, front of house staff really friendly and the bed was super comfortable! Location is perfect and the pool area/gym is a lovely touch.
Room service could do with looking at as they seemed to come at a very strange time like mid afternoon when wed come back to get ready for the evening despite the fact we were out of the room from 8am-2pm every day. Thats my only negative, the rest was superb. Would highly recommend.

Overall it was good but i would not stay here again.
Very clean and calming environment.
The pool was closed pretty early and there is no self parking. Valet took so long every time even when calling ahead due to the area/location of the hotel.
