* You think about customer needs for example (coffee at lobby, pool table, wine cate, wine catering, excellent gym, great swimming pool, rent a car service available specially to deliver at the hotel, chrome cast on tv). Things like that (others than the standard services like internet, good bed and pillows, etc) make the difference to customers.

There wasnt a specified pet friendly relief spot for the dogs. Homeless people literally next to hotel.

One night, the towels were not provided, called receptions 3 times and took an hour before they came finally at 11pm.

It was a clean hotel.
It looked very clean.
The windows are very dirty and the pipes in the ceiling are visible. The employees are not smiley. They were just direct and never smiled or friendly. Two gentlemen were the ladies were not. The valet parking man did smile and a tall man that first attended us.

The customer service at this hotel was phenomenal, from check -in to check out. Both receptionists were very helpful as
Beautiful, modern and very clean hotel in a great location within walking distance to the Walk of Fame and bus stops; hop on hop off and Hollywood tours. Also only about a 10 minute drive to Universal Studios.
