The room was a joy. Comfortable bed, nice big tv and the location was great. Staff were really helpful. I really enjoyed the complimentary wine happy hour.

The billing of the account was an absolute disaster I received numerous incorrect charges and massive amounts held against my card on a 5 day stay and no one in the hotel was able to resolve
