Enjoyable

The property was nice/ conferable and clean.

We turned up early to leave our bags, understanding we were too early for check in. The reception staff was not being very friendly.

Nothing. It was nothing like the photos or the description on ooking.com

The room was dirty, the place was noisy. Smelt bad and bahrooms were old and falling apart.

The manager was great, he messaged me so he knew when I was arriving and stayed around till I got there!

Its was New Years Eve so the other guest were rowdy and loud and I could hear them and the music through the walls and corridors but I also understand this is a new years thing

For those who like a budget hotel on the waterfront this is great value. The staff were helpful and friendly. The place is old, but clean. The beds are new and fresh. The air cons cold. Whats not to like.
