    The worst experience ..DO NOT BOOK ...ITS A SCAM ... my bookings were cancelled last minute and then offered a stay at a shady under renovation hotel within their group as they got another booking and cancelled ours ... This status hotel was sold to us as a prime location hotel which turned out to be located in a busy clothes market with two floors stairs which my parents had to climb , no lift. The hotel was under renovation and had paint and other workers just outside your door the whole day. The tea kettle was brought without cups and instead of lid on kettle it had foil paper. When asked were told to complain as they can't do much. it's a below average hotel given prices n images shown plus treat you so rudely saying we can cancel at any point then what is the point of taking online bookings .

    Comfortable, clean and a restaurant with some good food.
    It was a stopover for us and we had a comfortable stay. The property is excellent and very clean. Staff was helpful and very polite. Shweta made sure everything was done nicely for us and also the other members at the reception. Would definitely recommend this to friends and family.
