    This is an excellent resort in Munnar, the rooms are very spacious and clean with proper amenities. The mountain view from the room is amazing. Irecommend anyone looking to book here choose the same room i've booked. very beautiful stay ,fresh air and very rejuvenating. I will be considering a second trip later.

    In short, Awesome but need to take care of a few stuffs
    Once you enter the property, it is awesome. The rooms, the view from room, the viewpoint, the infinity pool .... All of that's amazing. Would like to specifically mention Jibin from FO team, Jobin & Rony from Restaurant team and the OM Saji
    Firstly the roads to the property is horrible especially if you are travelling from Kumily Thekkady side. They have limited parking and as we reached, the security guard mentioned that they will park it in some nearby place if required but there was no proper procedure for this. We aren't provided any sort of valet card or anything. Also, noticed that my vehicle was moved multiple times for no reason. Even the check-in wasn't that smooth. This was coz of the specific staff there at thrle reception then Jibson. The attitude of the guy ain't right, especially if he plans to continue in the hospitality industry.
