Great balcony view from the room, overseeing the clouds and mountains! Spacious room, bed is comfortable.
Love the breakfast lounge at level 2, where you could site at the side with windows open for chill air with mountain views. Great selection for buffet breakfast.
Loud music from the garden cafe opposite, they started quite early entire day till night. I wished they could be more considerate to lower down the volume

Mountain view
We booked the room with mountain view and the view it was beautiful, we werent disappointed at all, it was exactly like we expected.
The room it was nice and clean, nothing spectacular but nice.
Service is good and the breakfast has a fair variety of food.
One day the cleaning lady came into the room without knocking the door or announcing she will come in, which is not appropriate at all.

Clean and tidy, but location wasn't ideal
The hotel was kept very clean, and there were frequent trips to clean our rooms.
The location was a tad far from the central Sa Pa region and it could be hard to get to the city centre by foot.

One of the best hotels in Sapa town!
I love the fact that my balcony faced the breathtaking mountain view, the room was spacious, the executive lounge was well decorated and staff were friendly and helpful. Location wise, it was very accessible to the centre by local taxi or by 15 mins walk.
Buffet breakfast should have the vege options for muslims and vegetarians. Or else, hotel should offer in-room dining as an alternative. Toilet was badly clogged and that caused an unpleasant toilet experience. Beware of the local taxis that wait in front of the lobby and the level 15 as they tend to scam tourists by charging way more than the normal charges, please negotiate with the drivers first before the ride.
