A count down experience in Klo Hotel

We chose to count down in Kloe hotel, and it was an awesome experience!!! Cause we get to watch the full scene of the fireworks from TRX! We would totally have another visit to them again!

Well we are a little disappointed by the fact that they didn't provide the breakfast since it's Abit pricey for 1 day~ but they have free drinks tho, so I think it's still ok?

Gorgeous hotel. Exceeded all my expectations. The rooms were large and decorated beautifully. Pool was also lovely to have a swim and chill by the side. Onsite coffee shop was very convenient.

The location is very convenient to both Pavilion and TRX malls, the whole area is very comfortable and clean, and a lot of food choices nearby. The staff are also very kind and helpful

Overpriced , unprofessional receptionists and misleading photos

Near to Bukit Bintang just 5 minutes walk. Lobby area is wonderful. Nice coffee in Lucky cafe .

Well , the hotel is not at seems to be in the picture , needs renovation and maintenance . Location is hard to find and the neighbourhood is unsafe specially from the back side . Rooms : are weirdly designed, cemented unpainted walls are very creepy , rooms needs maintenance, A/C is not working properly, both taps are giving hot water , molds can be seen in the corners which needs deeper cleaning . Swimming pool : dirty , small , not even having a proper water pumping system. Staff : unfriendly receptionists , unprofessional, charged me more 100RM last day as commission which they have missed to collect during payment, as we were unable to find a flight back due to Christmas so we extended day by day . In the last day , the receptionists came to my room asking for the payment which I found very rude as we already have stayed for five nights . Last day wasnt able to extend as the claimed the hotel is full but they were running maintenance . On the 15th , they have called my friend many times as they want me to change the room due to maintenance, what hotel schedule maintenance plans during the guest stay , I refused and informed the receptionist that I will check out if so , transferring stuff from room to room is bot different from transferring them from one hotel to another . The only receptionist who was friendly was Matt who help us a lot during the check in and during our first Extension . Monore resturants : nothing special. Overall , compared to the price they are offering, it is really overpriced, and there are many other available alternatives better than KLo Hotel with similar price . I dont recommend staying in this hotel and wouldnt come back here again .
