    Wonderful experience! Thank you!
    The staff are very kind. We had the opportunity to meet the owners, they are super nice and hospitable. Our conversations with everyone at Kollanoor were lovely. We had a great time. They also organized a bonfire and barbecue for the New Year's eve. We had unlimited food, drinks, music, dancing, fireworks. I want to thank Mr. Manjunath for being helpful and welcoming. We did have an initial glitch regarding our booking but I have never seen anyone turn around an impression like people did at Kollanoor. Thank you for the food, for your kindness, for the beautiful view and location and most importantly, thank you for making us feel so comfortable. I highly recommend this place. I will visit again! :)

    The property is located beside the hills. The views from this property are amazing overseas the valley. This being guest house, there is manager Mr. Manjunath who is looking after guests. He takes care of everything that is needed. There is barbecue at this site and food upon pre order, breakfast is complementary.

    Location.
    No cleanliness. You have to followup for cleaning. Additional tax charges must be shown on the booking.com while doing the booking. We took combined 2 bed rooms for 5 people but there was only one bath and toilet for 5 people. Lot of time waist due yo that. Hot water was not coming to the tab and had to wait for almost an hour to get it that too after multiple followup.

    Terrible experience. Pictures are good on the web but the property sucks. We had a Mountain View room (no. 104). This room had water leaking from the ceiling in the room near mirror and in the bathroom. The bed had moulds everywhere, and bed linen was smelling all the time. When we complained the first night no one paid attention until we started developing cough and sneezes the next morning.

At last 2nd night Susanth fixed another property called Easternwoods hotel, for us but we didnt get our breakfast there, which we already paid for in Kollanoor. The kollanoor homestay stinks and its super dirty. Nobody deserves such an experience.
