Large room size, long balcony, common space cleanliness, helpful staff.
Unfortunately it was too foggy all day to see the beautiful view of the valley which was the main thing that attracted us to this hotel.

Spacious villa with beautiful valley view and very good service with tasty food.
View from the balcony is too good. You can enjoy watching the mountain ranges, the valley and the clouds. Room condition is good. A hall is a shared space for two rooms with big sized coach and the TV. Garden surrounding the villa and the swimming tank is well maintained. The caretaker Kashinath and his family were supportive. They cooked very tasty food on a short notice. The owner Mr. Suresh Ghule was cooperative and took a good care of our requirements from remote location as well. Overall we enjoyed the place a lot and we would like to stay there again.
The location is a bit away from Mahabaleshwar town. Its approx. 14 kms away from the town. The road from the kas road towards villa is a kachcha road. We faced sticky mud and driving in the rainy conditions was difficult. Some small things like the bedsheets could be more clean and fresh. Only one hanger was provided in the cupboard. We had to share it amongst three of us which was inconvenient to hang our clothes.

Basic clean properly with good view but must stay on the top floor only..
The staff is good and hard working

Simple food but puri bhaji and potato bhaji was excellent
The Ac wasn't working..
There was no kettle in the room as it was mentioned..
The cupboards in the room need repairing.
The ground floor back side room doesn't offer any view at all except a brick wall
