However, some guests found the rooms to be slightly outdated and the bed mattress worn out. The buffet dinner was also disappointing in terms of food choices. Overall, it is considered the best hotel in Hong Kong.

We appreciated the help of the concierge staff when departing on 31st December with roadblocks by the police due to New Years Eve celebrations. They really walked the extra mile (literally!) to find a taxi.

My bedroom was enormous. Twice the size of a much more expensive room I had been in the previous week. There was direct access to the bridge to the promenade, crossing a busy road.

What an absolutely amazing hotel with wonderful staff. The hotel was superb, clean with outstanding service. Location is also great as everything is near by or less than 30min in a taxi. Great for families. The atmosphere over Christmas was truly wonderful

Good location, but expensive and not on a par with other world locations as a 5 star
Staff were very nice at the lobby, room was big and had a full view of the Harbour (but paid for it!!).
Although breakfast was Ok, there really wasnt the sort of choice you should have with a 5 star hotel, and breakfast staff werent very accommodating.
