    Great property, location and friendly staff
    The cost of airport shuttle from airport was very high and is misleading, since its a substantial amount and almost adds up to one day of room rental. The food had less options for vegetarians and the food taste can be much better than it was

    The location, service, amenities, staff and general amenities of the hotel was exceptional.
    The bathroom in a double room is perhaps a little small and on our second night the housekeeping did not get to our room by 15h00.

    Location - right in front of the gate! Staff - mostly very friendly Game drives - great driver (Amos) and car; provided water and cover for rain

    Our room was close to a wall with all aircons for rooms so it was difficult to sleep at night , also the buffet needs a bit of livening up, if only there were another choice of restaurants to give variety

    Another successful return stay.
    We always return to the Kruger gate hotel as we know we will not be disappointed. Again this stay was just as great as always. They added a little extra making Christmas very special.
    I have nothing I can think off that I did not like.
