    Its a value for money hotel. Helping and cooperative staff
    Service of staff. The location of hotel is very near to TB dam and Tungabhadra garden.
    Rooms do not have electric kettle for preparing tea / coffee.

    Hot water would have made our Stay a perfect one
    Spacious room..calm location, good parking, tasty food
    We didn't get hot water on day-1 which spoiled our entire day-1 of our trip. No heater in the room for drinking water. Service in restaurants takes lot of time.No phone numbers or contact number for escalations at reception. Receptionist a typical government employee..least bothered about guest

    Room is good but checkin and staff behaviour is not that great
    Very disappointed with the checkin time of 1pm and the staff is not attendive.
    Checkin time of 1 pm is very uncomfortable and checkout is 11 am Not value for money
