    Since the place is very cold. A room heater would have been given comfort.

    Co-operative staff, Very Nice food, very good breakfast servings
    Too high extra charges for room heaters rupees 500 per day. They should provide it free of cost. When AC is provided with no extra charges by hotels then why not heaters.

    I was told breakfast was not included in my booking hence, no idea about the breakfast. Staff is polite and friendly.
    Price is bit high and the charge for heater is too much. Rs 500/- for a night for this is not done. The hotel is not near to Neem Karoli Ashram. This information is little deceiving. I suggest them to atleast mention the distance from Kainchi Dham.

    HELPFUL & SUPPORTIVE STAFF AND WONDERFUL VIEW FROM BALCONY
    It was very good experience! The staff was very helpful, they even helped us out while suggesting us for the places to visit too. The view was really beautiful as all the clouds came down to the mountains, it feels like heaven.

    Best stay but a little far from Nainital.
    The food was the best. The locality is serene. Very peaceful place with best view of valley and Himalayan range. I would recommend it to one who wants to stay for 2 days and explore everything nearby, like the Bhowali range and Mukteshwar.
    The location is about 22 km far from Nainital if one is planning to go there. The Log Hut and Family Suite is a bit far from reception and difficult to access for senior citizens.
