    I only like the location of hotel & winter atmosphere.
    The upper management staff is not good they are just there to take money only, they did not show the curtsy to explain in details regarding lunch dinner brkfast timings, amenities etc. Only Ishwar bhai the person who work in restaurant was good, the person Vinod is not good, he took money from us extra 250 rs.     Great resort with best view
    I loved the resort and it's setting near dam. We saw some beautiful birds on the trees in the resort.
    Rooms were stuffy, like smell you get when it has been closed for so long. Otherwise everything was great, service and food.

    Be a professional and try to understand the guests wishes and needs so stay can be memorable
    No wifi provided. Room was not cleaned and bathroom too. Charged 2000 rs for extra 2-3 hours. They talk sweet but not professional. Breakfast is limited and in this high price you can get lots of varieties and they have non veg menu but don't cook in their kitchen and manage from outside which is super expensive in the menu and tasteless yoo
