    Really disappointed. Waste of a stay.
    Off the road property, next to a noisy petrol bunk. Mosquitos galore. Run down place. Average breakfast. Nothing good about the place.

    Their Rose villa is very good. Loved the cleanliness. Loved their simplicity.
    No toiletries provided in washrooms, other than a small soap.

    After traveling around Sri Lanka our final destination was Karumba Villas. The perfect end to the perfect holiday. It truly is beautiful. The villas are spacious modern and very clean and the beds were comfortable. The pool and the grounds immaculate and tranquil. Wonderful to watch all the wildlife. Lal and his team couldnt do enough for us. We will be back

    Individual villas , easy to locate , Huge rooms all essential are provided and star of villas is extremely clean and beautiful washroom ! We spent a cozy day at villas! We went for river safari which nearby properly and few good restaurants nearby Breakfast is also good!

    Was close to location where we had to attend a wedding. Pool and overall pleasant surroundings with well kept gardens. Offered a reasonable breakfast. Staff were very helpful
    Too many mosquitoes outside and we had to keep windows and doors closed most times- rooms and sitting area inside villa became stuffy and smelly (maybe due to high humidity) - mosquito nets did provide some relief while sleeping in bed. Towels and linen cleanliness were not upto standard. Our room ac unit was very noisy
