    A wee gem.
    A lovely family owned business. Close to the termini, shops and everything you need while staying in Rome. Our room was comfortable. The beds were comfy. Tv had Netflix!There were tea and coffee making facilities in the room, along with shampoos conditioner etc. I will point out that if you are a light sleeper, ear plugs maybe necessary as the walls are thin that you can hear the neighbors zipping up their luggage.

    Shower water is not strong enough during peak bathing hours. Better at morning.

    The stay was ok and the staff were very helpful.
    The rooms are on different floors in different buildings behind the reception office. The buildings are somewhat dated. The room was a bit cold on the nights we stayed. However, the heat was not on yet. The location is good and very close to Termini rail terminus. The gentlemen in the office were very helpful to give us details on where to eat and sightseeing.
    The room was a bit cold on the nights we stayed and there was no heat. Too many keys for the main door to the buildings, the elevator, the door for the unit etc.

    The proximity to the railway station and bus station. The friendliness of the 2 brothers at reception. The advice given on local places and restaurants to visit. The beds and pillows are perfect. The overall atmosphere. Being able to make a hot drink in the room .And that the air conditioner kept the room warm.Would stay again.
    We stayed at either end of a cruise and the second room had poor water pressure.
