    Comfortable and nice stay with help ful and nice staff.
    Room. Location. Cleanliness. Staff.
    Bathroom could be more functional. Basin was just too small to use normally. Second leakage from the basin knob below made the floor wet. The seat WC seat was coming off and had to placed before use. One wiper should be provided in the bathroom.

    Perfect, clean stay with great hospitality
    A perfect location specifically close to popular hospitals. Out of all the hotels I reviewed this was the best of all. Main plus is the rooms are exceptionally clean and the staff is so very helpful, from security to reception to Mr. Sayan who was very prompt and accommodating. This place is also very safe and we ended up staying 15 days plus.
    Nothing to complain about.

    Value for money, neat and tidy rooms. You won't feel cheap or unmanaged. Walking distance to AMRI, NARAYANA and BIRLA school. A decent market is nearby and the bus stop is roughly 500-700m
    The wash basin is made out of nowhere and doesn't suit the purpose anyway. Very inconvenient to use the wsh basin in washroom

    Sraffs are very good. Sayan da was very helpful and humble. Great to stay there. Nice location and good place to stay . Will be coning back again and will be recommended to my friends and relatives.

    Very very poor service.
    Very poor hospitality, very poor assistance.
    The guests come to your hotel looking at the reviews, but to my despair, the room is so congested and without any facilities. Even they did not provide basic facilities like bedsheets, or a water heater, and even the Geysers did not work. Even after complaining, no action happened. waste of money. In all hotels, the bill is paid at the time of checkout, this gentleman took the entire bill amount in advance and gave no facility. Very very poor.
