    I found my stay pleasant staff helpful the Hotel room comfortable and clean i didn't avail of the meal so can't comment on them it did for my needs
    The one critism that confused me was the coach station on the ground floor Hotel above all ok when you work this out

    It made the trip comfortable
    The hotels a top grade hotel. Its got amazing rooms, facilities such as gym, swimming pool and the views are brilliant. Its at the bus station so perfect to get to other cities and the airport. Good walking in surrounding areas also.

    Very big and spacious room and the hotel is next to the busstation in Benidorm
    I did not know there was a breakfast
    The room was cold when I arrived, but the staff helped to turn on the heater. There was a fan which was a bit noisy so I turned it off again.
