    The furnitures, equipment were quite old and the entire building need some renovation The room was noisy due the AC put outside Hot water was really slow to come, i had to wait 10 minutes to have it

    the Toiletries were very good the mini fridge was also good and helped the room was very clean and environment was peaceful Many Restaurants nearby The breakfast was good Room AC was working well Staff was Super friendly
    When booking it showed the room had hot water bath but it didnt have one also showed there is city view from the room while i could only see a roof The Room i was in was not sound proof very little noise could be heard outside

    Nice Place But Could be Better...
    Nice Location Fair rooms and comfortable beds.
    The towels and beddings were dump on the day we checked in. Also towels are rather ancient and need to be changed for new.

    The rooftop view! The friendly staff :)
    The place is a little disappointing in comparison to the images. The lights are super cold and the space is not cozy at all. It looks runned down, and could really use some maintenance, freshen up and modernisation.

    The staff were amazing, honestly. Very nice people and always very accommodating. Everyone at reception from Boniface to the ladies there, all very kind and hospitable people. Hotel is in a good location with shopping malls and restaurants nearby.
    I got a room with what is probably the dirtiest bathroom in all of Nairobi. And the dirt in the bathroom is not because the staff dont clean (reception sent someone to come address the areas I had flagged & the stubborn dirt would still not come off), I think its more of a maintenance/management/oversight issue. What I mean is that it wasnt dirt from the last occupant, its dirt and grime from at least 6 months worth of occupants. And I say its a management issue because they are supposed to check after the cleaners and pick up on things such as rust or where things need polishing. This really dampened the entire stay and I almost checked out on the second day.
