The location was good and the breakfast spread was excellent with good mix of Indian and western cuisine

My room was below a drainage and I could hear continuous flushing noise throughout the day. On the day we arrived the docket for power using swipe kept on beeping. It was subsequently changed but then other switches did not work. We were offered to change rooms which was a smoking floor (our original booking was non smoking room). Subsequently the sink in the new room was not functional and also the swipe did not work on multiple occasions. All in all a very poor experience and I felt totally ripped off.

Room service and Breakfast room staff were very helpful and pleasant, in particular Dhan Kumar who went out of his way to be helpful. I hope the hotel manager passed on the envelope with a gratuity to him!

The signature Italian restaurant and bar were extremely filthy. There was blackened , mouldy rotten fruit in the bar tray which the staff used to garnish cocktails. The drip mats on the bar had not been cleaned or moved for months and when pointed out to one of the several staff who were present, she shrugged and only removed them and cleaned the bar when I insisted. Consequently, I ate nothing in there neither did I try any of their cocktails. The restaurant manager should undergo some urgent retraining if he believes this is how a bar/restaurant is run.

Location. Was recommended by people who stayed there pre-covid.

Staff is very poorly trained. Some staff members went above and beyond despite their lack of training. So, I dont blame them, but management needs to really pay attention. My room was next to elevator and I was working US hours so needed some sleep in the AM and the staff was incessantly loud. They were stacking plates in the hallway rather than kitchen. Food was highly overpriced. On the other hand, housekeeping was good

I really enjoyed the cleanness, the comfortable mattresses and the excellent location.

There isnt much of an opportunity to walk anywhere directly from the hotel, however this seems to be rather a problem for all of Bangalore as a city. There was an incident of a newly unpacked toilet paper role being dirty, but the service immediately dealt with the problem.
