Location

I had booked a Delux room on triple occupancy. They tried to pass off compact (regular) room with small queen bed. They lied 2nd & 3rd floors were full. Finally when i refused, they gave me large delux room on 2nd floor. Most unprofessional.

The room looked like more of an arrangement. The hotel is quite dated. They don't give that much importance to the guests'convenience. Had to carry out luggage out of the room while checking out.

A cozy and comfortable room in a central location. There's a mall 5min walk away with a supermarket, and the main Hazratganj road with shops is nearby as well.

location, excellent. cleanliness, excellent. two problems: towels smell like bleach and you can't use them if you have sensitive skin. the staff don't speak much english so its hard to communicate.

Just the night stay. First trip to Lucknow. Property is centrally located.

Staff spoke loudly across the halls. Guests spoke loudly after midnight, across the hall. Our Room #210 Used the Hotel Taxi. Mr. Nazir should have guided us not to hire the car for 8 hours, instead, only for 4 hours or a day, given the fact that we hired him at 2.30 pm. Most monuments shut by 5.30-6 pm. We did pay him for the full 8 hours. But it left a bitter taste. Felt a tad cheated. The Taxi was hired from the Hotel Travel Desk, and the Hotel management must be look into this, so others don't find themselves in such a situation. Driver cum Guide Mr. Pradeep was very good and highly courteous.

A good choice in the centre of the city minus the hustle bustle !

Pretty decent breakfast spread with a very attentive staff who keep a check on your needs during breakfast. For a South Indian like me, the South Indian breakfast was mediocre. But I appreciate the effort put in by the staff.

It's a decent hotel, but there are much better hotels that cost less, and have better staff.

Staff was not helpful with booking changes, and changed the price after we arrived. We were charge a much higher rate than what we booked through booking.com.
