The La Quinta by Wyndham Baltimore BWI Airport exceeded expectations with a well-lit and clean parking lot, modern building, and a ready, clean, comfortable, and quiet room. The complimentary airport (Read More) shuttle ran on time, even at 5am. The hotel offers microwavable meals and a selection of chips and drinks for purchase. In a last-minute situation, the staff went above and beyond to secure a room, although the limited number of pillows affected sleep. Overall, a great stay.

just a basic airport hotel, appropriate for overnight layover

plumbing needs cleaning/maintenance, flooded bathroom and corridor while showering, frontdesk did not seem surprised

Adequate but not great.

The room was fine, but the breakfast was the very best part of the stay.

I had to switch rooms because the first room on the second floor had a broken temperature monitor. The second room (402) was a lot better, but there was no hot water at certain times in the evening that was horrible. I wanted to take a shower at around 7 PM and there was no hot water. What's up with that??

Close to airport. Friendly staff. Well cared for property. Shuttle driver was friendly helpful and very polite

No restaurant inside the building. However breakfast was awesome!

I called to see if they took electronic payment since I couldn't find my wallet. They said no they need a physical card and hung up (as I was still talking). When my wallet was found we finally got to check in the person didn't even ask for my ID or card. Just said "you want to charge the card on the reservation?". After all that stress they didn't even ask for an ID. The overall look of the hotel was subpar and outdated. It didn't feel completely clean and comfortable. If I had flip flops I would have worn them in the shower. The bathroom door's lock was broken. The TV didn't work and when I tried to use the cast feature it wouldn't let me enter the password needed for it to work.The breakfast is offered from 6am- 9am, those are prime times guest are asleep. Was a really frustrating and disappointing experience overall

Staff above and beyond! Breakfast needs to be improved.

The breakfast kept me from giving you a 10 rating.

Breakfast! The scrambled eggs were watery, no taste. Sausage was not fried enough. Plastic wear was not complete, forks were missing.

If I travel that way again, I would definitely stay there. Its an all-around, exceptional hotel for the price.

The facilities were clean. The staff was professional the room was clean and the bed was comfy and they had a decent breakfast.

Excellent value stay

I liked how clean it felt and looked, it was a bit older but the staff kept things clean. Breakfast was available and the coffee was very good compared to other hotels I have visited.

There were 3 fire alarms that went off three days in a row when I stayed there
