    Good value. Just a very unwelcoming experience when we checked in.
    Breakfast was just fine. Person in charge was very helpful.
    Front desk person acted like we didn't exist when we came. She was more concerned about texting someone about a morning shift. We finally just walked away and found our room.

    Older hotel. Needs repairs in room. Clean and good rate.
    Cleanliness. Older hotel that needs many repairs done, but the cleanliness made up for that as well as the price....we probably wouldn't stay again. When you're away from home, you like to feel relaxed and comfortable. It was very "damp" feeling and just not like other newer LaQuintas. We usually pick their hotels.
    Upon checking in, the girl sitting on her phone knew we were standing in front of her at the front desk but proceeded to be on her phone finishing up what was more important. We sat there staring at her for a good 30-40 seconds before she decided to acknowledge us.

    It was fine for the 2 nights we were there. The staff was super nice.
    It was close to stores and restaurants. The staff was nice.
    The hard wood floors make everything very loud. You can hear anyone walk above your floor. The bathroom tub wasnt very clean and the shower pressure was awful. The room smelled a little musty as well. And pillows were hard.

    Great upgrades and remodeling from last stay.
    Pet friendly. Handicap room was accessible and well laid out. Bed was a Fred Flintstone model...hard as a rock. Breakfast was ready at 6 as advertised. Hot and plentiful. Breakfast staff was courteous and very helpful. Booking a room for the return trip home next week. Upgrades\remodeling looked great and greatly improved our stay.
    Rock hard mattress. More USB outlet lamps would have been nice.

    Breakfast - 10/10 Staff - 10/10 Ease of Reservation / Everything - 10/10 Bed - 9/10 Things close by - 9/10 Cleanliness in the hotel and the room (see info on the bathroom below) - 9/10
    Renovation "leftovers" - 5/10 - My room specifically, a lot of leftover renovation mess especially in the closet area Pet friendliness - 3/10 - The staff was amazing with the pet, but no poop bags, no dog bed like the review promised, and the reviews said pets stayed free (including property owner answers) which havent been removed. I also on follow up found that it says $20 when it's $25. Not a huge deal, but - if you were on a strict budget, that could kill you. Bathroom clenliness - 0/10 - Left over makeup stains on the mirror and vanity, and what im assuming were skid marks in the shower tub itself. Ended up just doing a quick sink bath and showering at the next hotel. Room 304.
