Breakfast was great and the staff were super friendly and helpful.

The beds and pillows were so uncomfortable to sleep on. The housing didnt clean, or offer more toiletries our entire stay which was 3 nights 4 days

Too many better comparably priced options.

I'm glad they canceled my my reservation and charged me as a no show after I called them three times to let them know I would not be there until 6am the next morning. At least I could leave and find a decent place to stay.

I insisted that they let me stay in the the room from 6 to 11 am that they charged me as a no show for. The rock hard bed was so uncomfortable, it was just a big waste of time.

Had to seek out housekeeping to replenish clean linens and soap. Vending area is way overpriced charging 4 dollars for a soda!

The rooms were clean

I vehicle that was parked in front of the doors view got stolen and 2 other cars next to it got broken into by different thieves & the worker that showed us the video seemed like she already knew that our vehicle was stolen no shock to her at all

Great staff. Good breakfast.

The staff were excellent! Friendly, accommodating, and kind. The breakfast was savory, hardy, and a lot of food options. The hotel was clean and comfortable.

The group of guests in the 2 rooms across from me were screaming and yelling in their room over a game, the drunk guy laying on the floor in the hallway talking on the phone. This was till late at night. They had their door open, coming in and out. However the staff HAPPILY moved me to another room right away when I called at 10PM and stated my concern!
