    Great location and great breakfasts
    Maria, the manager, is exceptional. She is always there to answer questions and make sure her guests are comfortable. No wonder so many return. We stayed in a suite in the next door building and it was on the ground floor and very comfortable. The bed was comfortable, the room cleaned every day and the breakfasts, as usual, were superb.
    First day no hangers in closet. Remedied the next day. The rooms could use some updating but are very comfortable.

    Beautiful hotel in the center of Philly. The staff is very glad to welcome you and very helpfull in any need you may have. The bed was outstanding. If we return to Philly we will return.

    Would highly recommend this place. Will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Philly.
    Our internal clocks were still on West Coast time but Maria still gave us breakfast after 10am! The room was also massive and lovely. We really enjoyed it.

    Best B&B, definitely worth staying
    This is a super cute B&B to stay in. We don't normally stay at B&B's ever, but this place ticked the boxes being close to the sites we wanted to see and close to the train station as well as the car hire place we were using. Quaint little street, beautifully deocrated for christmas. The room was amazing, KS bed and all decorated in appropriate period style decor. Room was huge with sitting area desk and plenty of space. The staff were super helpful and friendly and told us about a great restaurant (Marathon Bar) down the street that wasn't pricey....it was the best meal of our holiday!
    Flooring was a little bit noisy....but hey it was built in 1850.

    A hidden gem in the best area of Philly!
    Clean and well appointed place with an excellent breakfast, especially in the weekend. (cooked meals) The owner, Maria is a very nice person, super helpful and always available to answer any questions one might have about nearby places to eat, or other queries.

    The location is ideal for travelers to Center City Philadelphia. The room was spacious, clean and stylish. The breakfast was very good and the public spaces were grand and cosy.
