    Property was emaculate as mentioned in the website during the booking. There was no cubboard, no iron in the room, breakfast was below average with minimum options. I will not recomend this hotel for stay at all.

    Will not suggest this hotel to my acquaintances.
    The only thing we liked was the scenic view from the balcony. Provision of hot water in the bath room.
    1. The breakfast provided to us on the day of arrival was poor. We had to wait more than an hour for the paid breakfast served after 12 noon. Half meal was served, we had requested for omelette but we were not served with it. 2. The room service was terrible, no complimentary water bottles, coffee, and such amenities were provided to us. We had to remind them repeatedly to provide us with drinking water and clean the room. 3. The room was not cleaned and we were not informed about their provision of submitting the keys for cleaning. 4. The washroom did not have a dustbin and the exhaust vent of the bathroom was blocked by a pigeon nest.

    Service was excellent and manager Ravi was particularly helpful. The rooms are clean and everything is working. The view from the room was also very nice.

    Very dissapointing and not very comfortable for the price paid.
    The location is on a steep hill but it is close to some restaraunts and shops within a couple of hundred yards.
    This hotel was a disappointment. It has a small dining area and reception. The price was high partly because of teh world cup cricket on at the time. Rooms had flies coming in with bathrooms not very good quality. Breakfast was very basic indeed and we weer a group of 9, none of us had breakfast. We noticed a mouse running around in teh kitchen and took a picture.
