    Location was exceptional, private boat ride was pretty special. Restaurant food (Upre) was nice!
    Breakfast options can be better.

    The location and view are stunning. Lovely decorated throughout in Heritage style.
    We would have rated higher but the bathroom really let the experience downvery dated, shower cubicle glass leaked at the bottom so every time we showers the whole bathroom floor flooded. The bathrooms on was also very dirty especially the toilet seat area.

    Lovely location overlooking the lake with balconies to leverage the view, great boat ride from property. Central location.
    Very basic facilities, and poorly trained staff. Poor software security, with phishing links being sent from their inbox. Restaurant hospitality in Upre was extremely poor.

    Great location with most of the key locations a short walk away. The view from the hotel was also remarkable and just relaxing on the hotel balcony with the great views was enjoyable. Staff was super helpful as well.
