Exceptional

Wonderful from start to finish. Megan was super helpful and friendly. She epitomised great service and made our stay so much fun with brilliant suggestions of things to do, places to eat at and bars to try. The AH restaurant and bar that is attached to the hotel was also a highlight. Ren seamlessly blended professional service and great banter from behind the bar while we partook in the Eucalyptus Smoked Margarita and Wattle Seed Negroni cocktails.

Nothing. With Megan and Ren, there was nothing to dislike.

The location was good. Easy walking and central. The room was good, clean and meet our expectation. Staff were friendly, polite, and helpful.

We are a returning customer and disappointed that there's no longer free wine offer in the room. There was also no coffee maker in the room which are usually offered now in other hotels. The restaurant on the ground floor wasn't open also on the days we were there. Also disappointing.

Location, Lolly bar, show pressure was good, bed very comfortable.

Noisy could hear water rushing through pipes during the day and night. Bathroom vanity too small and not clean. Shower floor not clean

Loved the location, the free candy bar, coffee and tea station, free water

Bathroom was very small, sink was so small you could not even wash your face. A toilet brush would be great A hotel manual/guide in the room would be great so you know about the facilities and the surrounding area, and where everything is kept Cable tv

Exceptional! cant wait to stay again

the Manager Megan was exceptional. she went above and beyond to make our stay so special .. organised us a dinner booking as I mucked it up and as housekeeping had not split one of the kings into 2 she came and did it herself. she was a gem. we will be back!
