    Lovely overnight stay
    Lovely location with a nice walk to Old Town and markets. Staff super helpful and friendly. Great hotel with a nice breakfast, especially being able to sit out on terrace. Would stay again.

    It was a good stay
    The location is great it is close to the old town, but it is far away enough so the hustle and bustle isnt a problem, the staff was all very nice and friendly, and the breakfast was good both mornings we were there.

    Staff were easy to contact and helpful with organising pick up from the train station and drop off to the airport. They were also very welcoming and it's clear they strive for a high level of customer service. Great location for the hotel. Only a 6 minute walk to old town across a small bridge and a 4 minute walk to the main street down the road. Room was cleaned everyday and requests for extra towels and room amenities were delivered promptly. The manager also kindly organised a lovely birthday set up in the room before we arrived, complete with cake and decorations. Special mention to the manager, Sally and all front desk staff. Everyone was lovely including the cleaning/maintenance staff and their drivers. 10/10 accomodation

    A fantastic location situated not far from the nightlife activities and action of the Old Town.
    The rooms were clean and functional. The bed mattresses and pillows were very comfortable. We all generally slept quite well.
    Breakfast was fine but could be better improved.

    The best hotel in the best location
    The best hotel I've stayed at in Vietnam so far! The location is perfect, 5-7 minutes walk to the ancient town/water front and the hotel itself is extremely well maintained, clean and includes all amenities. The breakfast is very good, I usually struggle as I'm a vegetarian but there were so many options to choose from. There is a small fitness centre, swimming pool and spa - I had a massage there and it was lovely. The staff are all extremely warm and welcoming and helped me to book all the day trips and tours during my stay. The small touches like them greeting me by my name were very nice and made me feel very well looked after. A special thanks to Jenny who was always bright and cheerful and contributed to my stay at the hotel being a very happy memory.
