    Didnt finish my stay due to an emergency back home.
    Our booking was done early enough for convenience.We got there and we had no room for our value.Moved to a different better room until the next day.That first night was good.Second night was a mess.Sinking bed.no Wi-Fi.Breakfast was always cold.

    For the price, its reasonable.
    Staff is friendly. Accommodations are nice and cleaned well.
    Cockroaches in the rooms on more than one occasion. Breakfast portions given are sooo tiny even if you ask for more and still necessary to eat elsewhere afterwards.

    We booked the hotel online and when we arrived we were surprised that all the rooms were occupied. We could have been notified before confirming the reservation. I'm wondering why they sent email confirmed our booking.

    1. Well air-conditioned, otherwise nothing else is nice.
    1. Furniture(beds and chairs) is too old 2. Very dodgy neighborhood with no parking space at the hotel. 3. On my first night power went out for more than 39 minutes. Complete blackout.

    I reached the hotel from a flight.35kms at midnight only to be told the hotel was full.Yet I had booked long way before my flight. What killed me was that I was being blamed for coming late and with no single remorse.Not even trying to make a call for any nearby available space regardless of my plea. Imagine the airport taxi charge for that long distance and a first timer in aTZ.
