Superb

Great and with pool, only a bit off-center

I loved the pool, which is large and pretty unique in Kolkata for a hotel of this price range. My two-room suite was large and nicely furnished, and I liked that it had a fridge. The breakfast buffet was quite large and good. The staff was competent and friendly.

It's a bit off-center, in a nice residential neighborhood, but as a tourist you'll likely have to spend a few euros every day on Uber or Ola cars, plus considerable time in traffic (a trip to the center costs ca. 3 euro and takes 30 min, one way). Some of the technical furnishings could be better maintained, e.g. my shower leaked and the light switches tended to fall off (they were still usable, just not as easy as they could have been).
