    We are very happy that we chose your hotel for Christmas! It was very beautiful, clean and cozy inside. The management staff helped to organise a great birthday surprise!!! We will definitely recommend and stay in this hotel in the future!

    I have used this hotel 3 times in one year, it has a warm feel to it
    I like the amazing staff, the clean and new hotel, and the location
    Even though the rooms are new and remodeled, some of them can be a bit small

    Great hotel located very close to Champs Elysee, (5min walk). Staff were excellent and hotel is gorgeous. Spa and pool are gorgeous, a little small but we didn't spend much time there. Hotel is on the expensive side and maybe value for money is an issue. But location cleanliness and staff are all amazing

    It was nice, but the elevator issue was frustrating, and the mini bar refil was bad!

    Theres one elevator for guests and service so we waited 20 min at times for the elevator to arrive
