    Classy and comfortable!
    I loved how comfy the beds were! I also loved how clean the rooms were. The staff was so accommodating and friendly the second you walked in the doors. Very close to everything which we walked everywhere!

    Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel was at Scotia Bank Centere where out event was. Starbucks, groceries, bars, and resteraunt very close by.
    Kettle didn't work in room Bar in the hotel closed too early after our event (11pm)

    This was a pleasurable trip and stay.
    The location was perfect for a hockey game. The facility was extremely clean and well maintained. The staff was helpful.
    I wasnt looking for a pool, but if you are this facility does not have one. It does cost on the higher end to stay and eat here.

    We had an awesome time.
    Location was amazing.
    Price was very expensive but right next to event location. No perks with room booking like free breakfast for almost $500 per night.

    Some of the friendliest staff I've experienced at a hotel in Toronto
    What a fantastic experience! I've stayed at a lot of hotels in the entertainment district. This is your best option if attending any sort of event at Scotia Bank Arena. The staff are incredible and make you feel so welcome!
    There was absolutely nothing that we didn't enjoy about this hotel. Zero complaints and I can't wait to have an excuse to stay here again in the future!

    Great experience overall will be back because of Hannah, and because of how luxurious the suite was
    Everything was amazing. Room size and suite was perfection. I was most impressed by the front desk staff named Hannah (may be incorrect spelling) , however, she really went above and beyond to make my partners birthday special. She was very sweet and accommodating. Im a big customer service person, so she definitely increased the probability of me staying here again.
    There wasnt an iron in the suite, which we found to be funny, considering all of the other amenities and upgrades to the room

    Great hotel, but strange, dark decor.
    A suite with everything one would expect from a top notch hotel which is perfectly placed for a visit to the Rogers stadium and several other attractions. All staff were friendly and welcoming.
    The decor in the suite was a bit dark and dingy, with whole walls "decorated" with black concrete panels, the very dark carpet and low level lighting made the black, smoked glass coffee table a bit of a death trap for the shins. My trousers bear the bloodstains to prove it.

    You could hear cpolice sirens from inside the room, for example. The breakfast was not that great, considering the price.

    An excellent hotel that we would recommend highly.
    Great location for the City and the Lake. The room was very spacious with excellent facilities and spotlessly clean. The staff were very friendly too.
