    Magnificent.. we loved it and would definitely recommend it to anyone and we will stay again
    The beautiful gardens, trees and picturesque lake setting .. the excellent service and friendly staff.. the beautiful and extensive choice of breakfast and in house restaurants were amazing!!
    It was a little bit far from local shops.. but that's certainly not a criticism of the resort, but just a little inconvenient if you need to buy something that the resort doesn't supply.

    Nothing special - and very expensive for what is on offer. No Thai resident rates either
    The highlight here is breakfast, the staff who oversee it, and the variety of eating spaces available both indoors and out. The other highlight is the grounds themselves with their ancient, majestic trees.
    The fitness room is not up to the standard of a hotel of this kind. And the swimming pool had no designated attendant. Children swam, screamed and splashed without any adult in attendance, and on two evenings a group came - I suspect from outside the hotel- and played noisily until well after dark. We could hear them in our room. Most surprisingly, we did not see or hear from a manager during our three day stay. This is not the way of Centara or Pullman hotels in Thailand. We wont be back.

    Lovely 5 night stay in Chiang Road
    The hotel had a lovely feeling to it with nice open spaces. Food was delicious and the pool was nice to relax next to. It was a short taxi ride (100 baht) to Chiang rai centre which we enjoyed most nights. Staff were lovely too.
    Room was quite damp, so always had a damp smell to it. The decking by the pool area could do with a deep clean.

    Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.
    The hotel is very nice, the staff is wonderful, and breakfast includes a great variety of items for every taste. Great happy hour at the Latitude bar.
    The rooms need a bit of an update; the Thai restaurant was disappointing for dinner. The gym also needs an update, including the addition of heavier weights and perhaps a cable machine.

    The hotel is lovely , the staff are all very attentive and polite, always willing to go the extra mile , always with a smile in their faces. We were upgraded to a huge room with a nicer view facing the pool. Amazing food in the Thai restaurant and italian Favola, breakfast is delicious here. Booked a massage in their Spa; my therapist was Koi and she was great , a super good professional with great skills. Special thanks to Aun,Buck and Mean in Favola restaurant for their great service. Also many thanks to Aoi for her professionalism. In the reception we were lucky enough to be helped by the amazing Tee, thank you for your great service. I can't thank you enough! We will definitely come back when in Chiang Rai. Thank you all very much !
