    The service. Manish was unbelievable. Chef nail was incredible. Amy at beach cafe was amazing. Not one member of staff ever did anything less than 100 percent for every request

    The property is great! It is a nice environment overall. There are lots of space for adults and children. The design is beautiful. Very well thought!
    Everything is extremely expensive in terms of food and beverage. So if you don't have an all-inclusive package, you will have to spend a lot on those things. Plus, the hotel is not so close to other places where you can easily have those things.

    They didnt have pool services or beach service for food and drinks. We have to the restaurant or bar to order food or drinks.

    Very peaceful and quiet location. Many activities for kids around the clock . The food is good and many options. Rooms are spacious and nice
    The staff has limited English so communication can be challenging some times, but you can manage. Not worse than any other hotel in Thailand

    Fabulous family holiday
    We were a family of 10 with grandparents, teens and kids. There was something for everybody. Activities were plenty and no one ever bored. We loved the breakfast buffet, and spent loads of time at the various happy hours. Great time had by all!
    Location is a bit remote but that didn't matter to us.

    A great place to spend a couple of days
    There are many pools, bars and restaurants and activities to do around the resort. The food was good and the room was very big. We enjoyed swimming and having a drink at the pool bar. They have free water activities and we recommend paddle board at the sunset.
    If I had to pick on something, then it is the beach; The beach is nice but full of dead coral so walking on them was a bit uncomfortable. The designated smoking spaces are not ideal.

    Great holiday!
    The hotel was great in general, great pools, great beach access, great staff, breakfast was very good and was until 11am. There was good entertainment, lots of activities. the pool access rooms are great.
    Nothing I did not like. The only thing was that it is a bit out of the way of town for those who would like to go party. However there are a few bars on the beach.

    The breakfast at the Meridian is absolutely fabulous
    No decafe tea or coffee at self service but the kind staff will bring it to you so not a problem.
