    The Services was amazing, the went the extra mile for the customer. The beds were so comfortable. Overall venue was the best. Great spa and pool are. Water beds in the spa was the top.

    Excellent for relaxing (and skiing I guess)
    The place is great. Next to the train station, walking distance to the cablecar to the glacier paradise and train to Gornegrat railway. I guess it is perfect for skiing but we do not do it. Instead we did hiking and enjoyed a lot the Spa area and the restaurant. We had both dinner in the hotel as the food was really good. In particular, we enjoyed a lot their selection of wines. Additionally we had a private tasting. The sommelier is very nice and knows his wines a lot. We asked it last minute to have a tasting and fortunately he could accomodate. I totally recommend to ask him. He gives you options (we let him chose) and very reasonable price. We will be back. p.s. Last but not least the staff is super nice.

    It is not the hotel fault but if your neighbors come back late in the night and are not considerate you will heart them from the corridor.

    Clean and comfortable near the train station
    Lovely hotel near the train station. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was delicious. I especially liked the pool and hot tub in the basement. Staff was very nice.
    Caution if booking a room with a view of the Matterhorn. The view from the lower floors is blocked by adjacent buildings so you wont be able to see it anyway. Great hotel nonetheless!
