the rooms were comfortable and the view was lovely

it was the end of the season and they really shouldn't have been booking guests. The hot tub, one of the main reasons I booked it, was not open. Very kind staff, but they seemed done and just wanted to go on holiday themselves. I understand, but if you're a paying customer, you should be treated like a guest, not a problem. The drive to the villa itself could really only be navigated by the owners, so anytime you want to go somewhere, you'd have to ask to be taken to your car or to the town. In the end, staying in town would have been easier.

Amazing value for money

Amazing views, nice to be slightly out of town where it's quiet. Ana-maria and Gianluigi were super helpful and lovely throughout our stay here as well. Room was super clean and had everything you need for your stay and their dog Guido was absolutely adorable!

The location was nice, the hosts where kind, the room was nice with a good balkony

It was a surprise that we had to park the car at a 10 minutes walk. No problem, but would have been fair that we would bee informed befor. The beds are vere hard, we didn't sleep wel, but its of course verey personaly.

Great Villa with great staff. Has a wonderful restaurant with a nice view of Sorrento and harbour. Everything met our needs. Appreciate the shuttle service and everything the staff does to shuttle the guests.

The only hiccup with staying in or near Sorrento is parking where you stay. The roads are incredibly narrow and requires great confidence to drive your rental to the various Villas on Upper Sorrento. Villa Pane has a shuttle schedule to transport guests to and fro town as well as a pickup service if you park your car in a nearby parking area. The negative is that you are always on a time schedule at night.

The property is beautiful and picturesque in the hills of Sorrento. The produce from the property is amazing and eating dinner on the property was a highlight of our time in Italy.

The room was spacious and clean, although a little bit with old furnitures. If it was cheaper it would be ok.

The location. To reach the hotel you have to ask the hotel staff to take you to the meeting point or to the city center, because of the narrow road. So you were very dependent from the staff. One day we were late only 3 minutes and the driver was rude with us for the rest of our stay there. So as i mentioned you dont have the possibility to leave the hotel on your own, only with the car of the hotel in specific scheduled times by them.

Beautiful quiet haven with excellent food!

Loved the quiet location in the hills, but with the knowledge that you could easily reach Sorrento with the shuttle service. Absolutely loved the homemade food for lunch and dinner - a real culinary experience!

The breakfast was a bit disappointing considering the rest of the food on offer for lunches and dinner, but this didnt really detract from everything else which was brilliant!

Superb

Great experience in Sorrento. Resort is in great location away from the centre but still close. Beautiful views. Gardens and surrounding were full of flowers and colour. Food was amazing. Staff very friendly and helpful.
