Superb

Excellent location with a nice indoor swimming pool, inside the city centre and 3 min walk from the train station. The room was large and clean with all the basic facilities including a kettle with tea and coffee etc.

Nothing. Our room didn't have a nice view (view of garage) but there are other rooms with better view so you might want to contact the hotel prior to your arrival if that's what you are looking for.

The dining room with a sea view, Breakfast was delicious ,the friendly staff, the swimming pool and jaquzzi, room nicely decorated

The run down dirty bathroom , silicone and grout needs updating, pigeons on window ledges with masses of bird poo

Superb

Relaxing whilst enjoying a lovely atmosphere

Breakfast was great value for money. Staff were excellent and couldnt do enough for you.

Noise from the road and staff moving around early on. It could have just been the ground floor room we were in and the location of that for the internal noise. There were offices next door. Drunk revellers were prevalent during the night from the street.

Nice short family stay

Great central location. Good breakfast spread and was really nice to get to use the swimming pool and hot tub first-thing in the morning.

Took a while to check-in.

Kind member of staff at breakfast. Booked breakfast for first night and it was six pounds although we could see on booking.com you were offering free breakfast with accommodation and free breakfast that day online and accommodationwas less than we paid..Breakfast was very nice. The next day we tried to book breakfast and were told it was 14.95 each on the day. This advance booking was not explained the day before and we missed out sadly. Hotel was decorated beautifully for Christmas. Cleaning staff were hard working and very polite.

Parking was charged for extra although neighbouring accommodation like the Griffin was free to guests. We had a room which was quite small and looked out on a car park although the hotel had lots of empty rooms with sea views. Just felt a bit like we didn't matter.
