Over all we enjoyed our stay but I cant say I would chose this hotel again.

The location was close to everything we wanted to see. The price was good.

Very disappointed that there was not a hot tub. Hot tub is listed in the amenities. That was part of the reason I chose this hotel. Also the pool was very cold even though it says heated indoor pool online. The only way to get in and out of the pool is walking outside in the cold. I asked that I have 3 rooms close together when I booked weeks before my trip. When we arrived the rooms were on 3 different floors. At check in I was told there was nothing they could do to get us closer together. I asked if once anyone checked out if we could switch rooms they also said no. I just had to take what there was.

Pleasant

It was ok for the price, but I dont think will be coming back again,

-Heated In-door pool -close to the Reno city strip -little kitchen in the room

-staff were Rude -hallway carpets were stained and dirty -took forever to bring us extra towels and blankets

I wouldn't stay there again.

Location and price were great. That's about all.

It said pet-friendly when I booked through booking.com, but when I arrived (at almost 10pm from driving 7 hours), I had to sign something that stated that I didn't have any pets. Well- I did have pets. I decided to just not ask any questions and just sleep and leave in the morning. When we got to the room- the heater didn't work, there were NO blankets on the pull-out bed (this room was selected according to my needs which was 4 adults and 2 dogs). Not enough towels, either. Pretty negative experience.

Lousy, it wasnt great and moreover we couldnt sleep because of the wild things going on in the room above until 3am

Not much to be honest

Immigrants were everywhere, homeless all around. Hotel was full of loud noisy families at 2am. Felt very unsafe.
