    Worst experience.
    Staff is very helpful.
    Bed is almost broken, no blankets very old not clean. Also for two person two pillows. Swimming pool is very unclean and not warm.

    Perfect place before or after the flight
    The Resort is in a quiet street in Negombo and offers nice large and clean rooms with A/C. It was very special that I got a free pick-up from the airport in the middle of the night- Thank you very much!

    Comfortable and quiet
    Staff are really genuine, friendly and helpful, it's a really nice atmosphere. The rooms are large and easy to keep cool. No noise travels from.other rooms. Easy walking distance from shops and beach.
    Our balcony door was broken, so didn't slide properly, making it difficult to open and close. Everything else was great!

    Spacious and comfortable with friendly staff
    Large room, reasonably quiet space, strong Aircon and comfortable beds. Easy and comfortable space to be in. Huge bed. WiFi is good, although doesn't always reach the corners of the building. Super friendly and helpful staff made sure our stay was comfortable and welcoming. Will definitely be back again.
    WiFi not as strong as ideal and the pool a bit hard to use due to its location, but everything else was excellent.

    Comfy place to stay when passing through Negombo! Great service and free airport drop off!
    The staff and owner were all super friendly and the food was really good. They have free airport pickup or drop off which is such a bonus!
    The bed wasnt too comfy, and some of the outlets werent working.

    Perfect accommodation: near the beach and the airport
    The room was quiet, spacious and clean; the bed was very comfortable; the bathroom was clean; the view from the balcony was pleasant (overlooking the pool and green area); the pool was perfect (as sea conditions are not always ok in September); and the staff were friendly and very helpful. Great location: few meters away from the beach and Main Street (restaurants, cafes, shops), a short Tuk Tuk ride away from Negombo (market, bus station, etc), and not far from the airport. Perfect spot if you are looking for somewhere to stay on arrival or just before departure from Colombo airport. The hotel offers airport shuttle service to the airport. Excellent value for money,
