    The experience was truly exceptional! We loved the location and were impressed by the outstanding hospitality. I must give special recognition to Mr. Rohit at Citrus Cafe, whose service was extraordinary. Additionally, they graciously extended my stay by an extra 2 hours at no additional cost.

    Good location but not a value for money.
    The property is at a prime location.
    The hotel room was far away with elevators only available at the opposite end of the room. It was always a 200m commute everytime we got out of the room.

    The executive room window overlooks the food court of the mall, there is no natural light coming into the room and it's disgusting to have a so called executive room facing an enclosed food court.

    It was an awesome experience and I would certainly like to stay again at the Lemon Tree.
    We got a complimentary upgrade and got huge rooms of which one was Valley facing. We loved the spacious rooms. The service of the staff (all of them) was also Excellent.
    One of the rooms was mall facing as the hotel is part of a mall. So there was no view from the window to look into nature. We could only look into the mall and see the public.
