    Decent room, staff was good, neat and clean bath with basics available. View from dining is nice.
    Please put up basics like carrom striker, Ludo and Chess pieces. There are games but not full set to play.

    had faced trouble in reservation due to their goof up with booking.com and was not provided the room as per booking terms; felt cheated

    Nice hotel, super staff
    Very neat and clean hotel. Everything works fine. The highlight of the hotel is that the staff is very helpful and courteous. We had great experience while dining in their restaurant- buffet and ala carte. The restaurant staff says YES to every request you have and delivers. Just wonderful.

    We booked for four nights but stayed for three. Would have appreciated if we were charged for 3 nights only. and if stay could be split between Gangtok and Siliguri properties

    the property is good staff super nice and friendly .
    beds are slightly old , feels like sleeping on springs ; when requested for a blanket to sleep on given the mattress seemed totally broken
