Breakfast was good
We asked for late checkout and said were ready to pay half day charge, the reception check in desk said there was no vacancy, they lied because rooms were available, we checked online. We had to make bookings in a different hotel because Lemon Tree did not cooperate, very cold behaviour of reception staff, bordering rudeness.

Only issue was, I had asked for packed breakfast for my mom who is diabetic patient as i need to start early for beyt dwarka but they denied though breakfast was included in my package. Later manager apologised but this should be improved. We payed full price but didnt receive breakfast so not worth for me.

The Hotel seems to be was very full . At the time of the booking itself we had asked for the interconnected room as we had 2 senior citizen with us and 2 kids, which they didnt give us. Housekeeping service was not up to the mark.
