    The staff is very courteous and helpful. They make sure your stay is very comfortable. The breakfast spread is very good. The hotel is located adjacent to the Metro station, which makes your commute very easy.
    The prices of food items are higher than usual.

    Hotel has a nice location specially for those who are travelling for work.
    Gym really good have all the equipment Breakfast comprehensive spread and very good service
    Study table chair was not comfortable cushion sagging causing discomfort Bathroom water leakage underneath wash basin The most annoying is the levy of service tax on billing in addition to GST - this is not allowed I have written a mail to [email protected] and waiting for a revert as I am writing this review Also on restaurant bills also they charge GST @18% which actually should be 5%

    Food was excellent Staff were friendly and helpful Gym and Spa were great Room and bed was comfortable
    Room was not that clean - hair and dust lying around, I had to ask for it to be properly cleaned Even though I hung up my towels they were still washed every day - terrible waste of water

    Disappointing given the price and reputation of the property.
    Rooms had a stale smell. The ironing board provided was a joke. No laundry service after 10:00 pm. So, with a bad ironing board, there was no option to iron your clothes.
