    No mini bar in room which was a struggle to keep our little ones drinks cold

    Clean room, fabulous breakfast, great location
    The staff work efficiently. I booked the room based on the picture online. When I found the room I checked in was not like the one I expected, the staff immediately provided me another, which is brighter and bigger.
    I guess the size of room information online is not the same as the actual one. Later the staff provided me another room, which is the much better and satisfied.

    Good location but dont expect too much from the hotel
    Great location. Good choice and quality of breakfast. 5 mins walk from the tram.
    Car park a little way away but you do get a discount (8 mins walk). Small bedroom and overall the hotel looks tired and dated. Cleaners woke us up early coming in.

    conveniently located hotel which is very good value for money
    Very convenient for the Bridgewater hall The staff were professional and welcoming The room was compact but pleasant with tea, coffee, plenty of milk, iron, hairdryer etc in the room Spotlessly clean and very comfortable temperature
    We didnt experience anything negative during this stay

    Nice location. Nice staff, good choice for breakfast including presentation of display. Room was small but quiet, no disturbance in the corridors. Tea and coffee in the room. 24 hour reception desk.
    Checked in very late, no bottled water was provided in the room for the electric kettle. Breakfast food and items should be labelled. One chair for two people! You have to sit on the bed to watch TV, and in doing so, the bed starts sliding down, ending in the middle of the room. Fixed Shower is not useful for all if one doesn't want to wet his/her hair, besides on shower caps were provided. Hand held showers are more practical for everyone.
