I really cant say enough good things about our stay of stayed previously about 100 yards away at twice the price

Breakfast was excellent with loads of choice rooms were spotless bed and pillows really comfortable

Couldn't fault any thing stayed at a Jury's Inn at Brighton which was excellent so was a bit worried that as it was taken over by Leonardos that it wouldn't be the same but no complaints from me 10 out of 10.

High standard English hotel

Really nice hotel and I would definitely stay here again.

Free refreshments at reception and in room. Staff provided a safe secure room for luggage as we arrived well ahead of check-in. Location was close to bars and restaurants and shopping area. Food was a good buffet selection.

Lovely visit to Birmingham and the ICC complex.

Location was ideal for the ICC building. Best bed I have slept in, in a hotel. Excellent value as well.

Breakfast, friendly staff and little presents waiting for you in the room.

I booked a room for 3 people but everything was for 2 people(glasses, mugs, spoons). We was waiting for check until 15:00 but the bathroom was dusty even the walls. We were staying for one night, so there is no reason to cried a problem, but visiting this hotel after staying in Edinburgh (same branch) was very disappointing. Will I come again? Yes, but I will call first and ask to make sure the room is ready. If I'm travelling alone I wouldn't even mention it but I wanted everything to be perfect for my parents.

A pleasant surprise find, a lovely hotel

I searched on a comparison site for the lowest price hotel near to the Symphony Hall when I needed it, so wasnt expecting such a nice hotel for such a reasonable price.

Perhaps a few more vegan/more varied vegetarian options in the menu at Leos would be good. But the food was still nice!
